Over the years, I’ve collected a list of “challenges” that slow down or stop the innovation process.
Take a read and email me ones you’ve experienced that you think I should add to the list.

- Process is haphazard
- No reliable means to identify new opportunities

- Can’t leverage across business functions
- Missing linkage to the customers being served
- Lack diversity in the team. Everyone is from the same orgnization and many cases – think alike
