		<description>I really enjoy your podcasts - and loved your quote this week. I so agree with the comment. Leaders so often talk to me about getting people to do what they want them to do...you can&#039;t motivate someone else, they motivate themselves. What you can do is create a culture  that motivates the person - I always find that if you can present your ideas in a way that answers &quot;What is in it for me?&quot;  helps! Often leaders forget to sell the ideas to their team - saying I haven&#039;t got enough time - I would argue the time you waste dealing with issues later on because people don&#039;t understand fully the objective, how they can contribute value. Invest up front in dialogue then the motivation to move forward is much greater...well from a fellow podcaster keep up the great work.
