- How?

- Ingnore past success
- Create new challenges for yourself and your team.  Don’t accept the "same as last time" objectives

- If you can’t find it in you to resist the gravity

- Consider taking an extended break
- Swith to something you know nothing about (new job, new responsibility, new company)

- Only a small % of people can operate at a high level of performance over an extended period of time
- To be in the small group of successful people, you have to resist the pull of gravity
