Love this podcast. Some really interesting insight into the world of the product manufacturing big boys. The user-centric process, level of research & prototyping is something very familiar to me in the web UI field and in this instance I was more surprised by the similarities rather than the differences. One key difference was the “simulator” – cool idea to bring a prototype to a very high fidelity.
I’m new to the podcast, I started listening after hearing your interview with Mitch Joel on 6 pixels of separation. The last 3 interviews have been excellent. The interviewees are brilliant and your style is very natural & easy to listen to (without the need for a jargon dictionary). Please keep doing them.
Thanks!
