The challenge for a corporate innovator is not to get dragged down into the normal, uninspired rate at which the organization operates. Innovation is about change – its about operating differently – its about fixing the innovation gap (lack of good ideas) and the innovation delay (speed of bringing innovations to market).
This force that pulls everyone to operate at the normal speed of the organization is a real-word example of entrainment.
